Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
  • Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customers
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
  • Educate customers on proper system operation and energy-saving tips to maximize efficiency
  • Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
  • Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Qualifications: 

  • HVAC degree or equivalent HVAC installation experience
  • Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment
