Overview

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for pulling orders for installers submitted via their tablets delivering 
equipment and parts, ordering and picking up items that AB May does not stock, 
creating purchase orders for installers to applicable vendors, picking up equipment from 
vendors, creating labels and staging of the equipment, keeping the install area and lot 
organized and clean, maintaining an inventory of good pallets and receiving all 
equipment in Service Titan. Must be able to operate a forklift and /or use a hand truck 
to move, convey, or hoist shipments from the shipping-and-receiving platform to 
storage or work area.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Will work extensively with the Service Titan service management software. 
• Creating labels for parts and equipment.
• The ability to identify and account for items on packing slip.
• Assists on a daily basis in obtaining materials needed for technicians.
• Manually or using hand truck performs various material handling duties.
• Cleans up and disposes of cardboard and strapping and places in proper containers 
or designated areas.
• Uses tools such as hammers and crowbars to remove strapping, open crates, etc.
• Professional ethics, tact and courtesy in dealing with customers.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in 
written, oral, or diagram form. Possess reasoning abilities to learn and perform the 
job requirements in an accurate and effective manner. 
• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently in areas of problem solving, 
organization and upholding policies and procedures.
• Must be able to work with short lead times and be a superior team player.
• Train employees on internal processes.
• Willingness to accept other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed and some Saturdays and holidays.

• Maintains tools and equipment in working order and keeps work area in neat 
condition.

• Ability to establish a professional and productive rapport with internal personnel 
and external vendors.
• Ability to read, interprets, and explains Company purchasing procedures and 
policies.
