Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise plumbing team members both in the field and during service calls
- Provide on-the-job training for customer service and technical development
- Manage and ensure quality service for plumbing jobs, permits, and inspections
- Actively run service calls and resolve customer concerns
- Conduct performance evaluations for plumbing team members
- Foster a dynamic sales culture and growth mindset within the department
- Hire, train, and lead a high-performing plumbing team
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction standards
What You Will Bring:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a plumbing field supervisor - preferably in residential plumbing.
- Proven residential service plumbing experience (required)
- Licensed Master Plumber or Contractor License (preferred but not required)
- Strong sales and business acumen
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to hold yourself and your team accountable for achieving company goals
- Knowledge of computer systems and software
- A forward-thinking attitude with the ability to adapt to growth and change
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
- Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
