Responsibilities:
- -Ensure morning process is carried out properly by all install personnel to promote smooth starts to installs
- -Visiting job sites to check on installs to boost job quality and provide a helping hand if needed
- -Assisting with resolving upset customers
- -Available to help cover the metal shop role if needed at any point
- -Available to provide temporary assistance to the install manager while they are out of office
- -Look for new training opportunities and practices that can grow our department and allow for improved install practices
- -Enforce safe work practices in the warehouse and job site to help keep our technicians as safe as possible while they’re working
- -Cross trained in the complete sales and installation processes so they can perform any of these tasks if needed
- -Available by phone to all our technicians that are working so that support can be provided if there’s issues at any point including start up
- -Gathering and providing feedback for the 8-10 employees you will be managing to ensure proper development and coaching
- -Jobsite visits with any Sales Advisor/Selling Tech when needed.
- -Assisting with maintaining our installation schedule to ensure all jobs are scheduled and executed on time
- -Carrying out designing the ductwork for any ductwork jobs we may sell along with directing the team during the installation of the duct work
- -Continue strengthening the relationship between Sales and Install.
Requirements:
- -5 or more years of experience in HVAC install and/or HVAC service
- -Boiler and/or Geothermal experience is a plus for anyone applying
- -Impeccable customer service skillset
- -Effective problem-solving skills to overcome any obstacles we could encounter
- -Ability to handle a stressful situation on the fly with a cool and collected manner

- -To be able to carry out your functions with little to no supervision
- -Possess the initiative to complete your duties regularly on time
- -Firm grasp of international fuel codes and National mechanical codes
- -The ability to possess sensitive information without divulging it in a wrongful manner
- -Able to develop lasting relationships with employees and customers
